Unless otherwise stated, bonus credits are subject to a wagering requirement that must be met before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, maximum permitted bet amounts during bonus play, eligible games and game contribution percentages will be stated in the specific offer terms. Illustrative example: a bonus with a 30× wagering requirement means the bonus amount must be staked 30 times in qualifying bets. 1jj0 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to close the Account of any User found to be abusing the Promotions system. Abuse includes but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing offsetting bets to guarantee profit regardless of outcome ("bonus hunting"), using automated tools to place bets, or any other conduct that exploits Promotions in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose.
Bonus credits not used within the applicable expiry window will be forfeited automatically. The expiry period for each bonus is stated in the offer terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated period will result in forfeiture of both the bonus balance and any winnings derived from it.
All bets placed on the 1jj0 Platform are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport, event or game category as published on the Platform. 1jj0 reserves the right to refuse, restrict or void any bet at its reasonable discretion, including where a bet is placed after the result of an event is known, where there is evidence of technical error in odds pricing, or where suspicious betting patterns are identified.

Where an obvious error occurs in the setting of odds — including manifest pricing errors and "palpable errors" — 1jj0 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. Winnings obtained through knowingly exploiting an odds error may be confiscated.
For cricket markets — including Pakistan Super League (PSL) matches, ICC tournaments and bilateral series — specific rules apply to the resolution of bets in the event of match abandonment, weather interruption, player withdrawal, venue change or result revision. Casino games, including slots, table games and live dealer games, operate using certified random number generators (RNG) or live studio environments provided by third-party game studios.
